House Rules Apartment Azalea

For a relaxed and pleasant stay in Oetz.

Dear guests, we want you to feel at home in Apartment Azalea and enjoy your stay. At the same time, we kindly ask you to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.

These house rules supplement our General Terms and Conditions and apply to all guests and fellow travelers. In the event of any discrepancies, individually agreed booking conditions and the General Terms and Conditions shall take precedence. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all fellow travelers also comply with the house rules.

We will provide further practical information regarding your stay in our secure digital guest area. You will receive access prior to your arrival or along with your access information.

Departure & Arrival

Check-in
From 4:00 PM
Check-out
by 10:00 AM

Different times are only possible by prior arrangement.

Empty the refrigerator and wipe it dry
Wash the dishes and put them back dry.
Clean oven and microwave as needed
Turn off electrical appliances, except the refrigerator
Dispose of waste according to the designated separation.
Strip the bed linen and leave it in the bathroom along with the used towels
Close windows and balcony doors
Return keys as agreed or leave them in the key safe
The final cleaning is designed for a normal cleaning effort. In the event of exceptionally heavy contamination, any additional cleaning costs actually incurred may be charged.

General use of the apartment

Please handle furnishings, furniture, and inventory with care.
Furniture must not be rearranged or taken outdoors.
Do not change settings on the heating or technical devices without prior consultation.
Ventilate regularly by opening windows wide, and close windows and balcony doors when leaving.
Lock the front door when leaving the house.
Children must be supervised according to their age.

Kitchen

Return dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans clean and dry.
Place hot pots and pans only on suitable trivets.
Please use cutting boards for cutting.
Leave the oven and microwave clean.
Do not put food scraps, fats, waste, or harmful liquids into the kitchen sink.

An initial supply of dishwasher tabs is provided.

Bathroom

Do not dispose of hygiene products, food scraps, or any other items in the toilet, sink, or bathtub.
Please ventilate adequately after showering.
Leave used towels in the bathroom upon departure.
Please remove any hair from the hair dryer after use.

Waste separation

Please separate the waste according to the available options.

You can find the exact disposal options and further practical information in the digital guest area, which you will receive before arrival along with your access information.

Smoking & Quiet Hours

Non-smoking property: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or anywhere in the building. Smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor area.

Night rest
22:00 – 07:00

Please use the radio, television, and music at room volume only. Even during the day, we ask that you show appropriate consideration for your neighbors and fellow residents.

Pets

Pets are only allowed with prior registration and approval.

Pets are not allowed to sleep in the beds.
Please avoid or immediately remove any contamination inside and immediately outside the building.
Please report any damage or exceptional additional cleaning effort immediately.

Damage & Defects

If something is damaged or a defect occurs during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. This will allow us to react quickly and remedy the situation if necessary. Normal wear and tear is, of course, not considered damage.

Key

Please do not pass on keys or access codes to unauthorized third parties. Any loss must be reported immediately. The actual costs incurred for replacement or necessary security measures may be charged to the person responsible.

Balcony

Please bring seat cushions and pads inside the apartment when it rains or overnight. Please do not hang clothing, towels, or other items over the balcony railing. Clothes drying racks are available for this purpose.

WLAN

Wi-Fi is available for free use. Please use the internet access exclusively in a lawful manner and do not share access credentials with unauthorized third parties. A specific speed or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Shoes & ski room

Please remove street shoes in the entrance area if possible. Ski boots must not be worn in the stairwell or in the apartment and are to be stored in the designated ski room.

Safety

The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
A fire extinguisher is in the kitchen.
A first-aid kit is located in the bathroom.
Escape routes and access paths must not be obstructed.

Intermediate cleaning

Upon request, additional cleaning can be arranged during the stay. This will be charged separately.
